Sometimes manual donations will still be necessary, but having well-leveled treasury GBs in your guild helps to cut down on how much of that is actually needed, and potentially how often. While you can make manual donations to the treasury by making or trading for goods and then depositing them, it is far easier to build and level up a Great Building (GB) that will donate goods on your behalf. Without it many guild activities come to a screeching halt, and it is easier to drain a treasury than it is to stock it by a long shot. The treasury is what funds things like unlocking levels for Guild Expedition (GE), building things in Battlegrounds (GBG), and more. ![]() It is very important for any guild that participates in guild activities to keep a well-stocked treasury.

You can also fix the bridges with the Cyrus & Reese Spirit found in the misty, purple forest next to the city. This Spirit can be found in the forest area north of the starting point (past were you fight and unlock Sheik). To fix the bridges, you need the Bord & Cord & Barst Spirit. You're also given plenty of choice throughout the campaign, including optional side missions, whether to kill or capture particular antagonists, and various dialogue options that range from lawful good to cheeky to loose cannon. That's partially thanks to good comedic timing in the dialogue, which helps prevent most scenes from coming across as too self-serious. It largely works with the inherent over-the-top nature of a Black Ops story, and although some bits can be kind of goofy, it's both easy and fun to buy into the spy drama and massive gunfights in equal measure. From the '80s-themed montage that opens the campaign to a Vietnam flashback set to Steppenwolf-along with plenty of explosions, helicopter crashes, and slo-mo shootouts-Cold War's campaign is as action-movie as you'd expect.
